No Returns After Delivery
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases where:

The item arrives damaged, or

The wrong item is delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Wrong Item Sent – If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
After review and confirmation, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.

Refusal to accept the order upon delivery.

Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes.

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts.
⚠️ In such cases, if a package is returned to us, any custom duties, return charges, and associated costs billed to us will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (this applies even if free shipping was offered).
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
