Refund Policy
These terms apply to purchases made on ELARIAH LLP (www.elariah.com)
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof (photos/videos) must be provided
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Minor variations in color or design (due to lighting or display differences)
Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Non-Refundable Costs
The following are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges (including free shipping promotions)
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Refused, Unclaimed, or Undelivered Orders
If an order is:
- Refused at delivery
- Not collected from the courier
- Returned due to unpaid customs duties
- Undelivered due to customer inaction
Then:
- The shipment may be returned to us or destroyed, depending on courier and customs handling
- We may incur charges such as:
- Return shipping fees
- Double customs duties and taxes
- Handling or destruction fees
Refund Terms in Such Cases
- Any refund will be issued after deducting all actual costs incurred
- If the package is destroyed and not recoverable, deductions will still apply
- Alternatively, we may provide a full refund in the form of store credit
We reserve the right to choose the option that results in the minimum financial loss.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible
EU Customers (Important Notice)
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
However:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Any additional costs arising from refusal, non-collection, or customs issues will be deducted from the refund, as permitted by law
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated without contacting us first:
- We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery, policy acceptance, and incurred costs
- This may result in the claim being rejected by the payment provider
