These terms apply to purchases made on Elariah (www.elariah.com)

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–15 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses. Estimated delivery times are: 7–20 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability and your location.

If there is a delay beyond the estimated time, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the UK, USA, Europe, and select international destinations. If your location is not supported at checkout, please reach out to us for confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

Customs & Import Duties

Import taxes, customs duties, and related charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

⚠️ Important:
If a package is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

  • Refusal to accept the order

  • Refusal to pay customs duties

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts with no one available to collect the package

Then, any customs duties, return charges, and associated costs billed to us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (this applies even if free shipping was offered).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will only cover the product price minus any deductions as outlined above.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@elariah.com with your order number. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
