These terms apply to purchases made on ELARIAH LLP (www.elariah.com)


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–15 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.


Shipping Time

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses. Estimated delivery times are: 3–7 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability and your location.

If there is a delay beyond the estimated time, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the UK, USA, Europe, and select international destinations. If your location is not supported at checkout, please reach out to us for confirmation.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.


Customs & Import Duties

Import taxes, customs duties, and related charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.


⚠️ Important: Refused, Unclaimed, or Undelivered Shipments

If a package is returned, unclaimed, or not successfully delivered due to any of the following reasons:

  • Refusal to accept the order
  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
  • Failure to collect the package from the courier or pickup point
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts with no response

The shipment may either be:

  • Returned to us, or
  • Destroyed by the courier or customs authorities, depending on logistics feasibility and cost

In such cases, we may incur significant external charges, including but not limited to:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Double customs duties and import taxes
  • Handling, storage, or destruction fees

These costs are imposed by third-party logistics providers and customs authorities and are beyond our control.

Refund Policy for Such Cases

  • If the package is returned to us, any refund will be processed after deducting all actual costs incurred, including:
    • Original shipping charges (even if free shipping was offered)
    • Return shipping costs
    • Customs duties and taxes
    • Any handling or administrative fees
  • If the package is destroyed or cannot be recovered, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable charges, where feasible.
  • Alternatively, we may offer a full refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

We reserve the right to take the course of action (return or destruction) that results in the minimum financial loss.

Important Notice (EU Customers)

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Being available to receive the delivery
  • Completing any required customs formalities

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. However, any additional costs arising due to refusal, non-acceptance, or non-collection of delivery will be deducted from the refund, as permitted by law.


Please Note

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (including free shipping promotions)
  • Refunds, if applicable, will cover the product price minus applicable deductions as outlined above
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@elariah.com with your order number. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
